How long has Nextage been around?
Nextage has grown rapidly since it was launched in 2007, now operating 73 franchises in 48 states. Co-Founders Dave Wild and Frank Cluck have an impressive real estate history and, with their combined knowledge and experience, it was easy for them to see where the traditional real estate model was failing. Dave is a veteran of Century 21 Real Estate where he served as their Vice President of Performance as well as Regional Director for both the Florida and Georgia regions. He is also the past President and CEO of Global Realty Marketing.
Why was Nextage Realty created?
Our Co-Founders set out to design a real estate company that would lead the industry from the "I" world into the "WE" world, where agents' earning potential was not limited to their own personal production, and teams of agents could work together to achieve common goals. The evolutionary model would help agents and brokers BUILD a business, not just DO business™ and that successful business has already demonstrated real financial results for our franchise owners.

Can I build my team where the agents are in multiple states?
Yes. Just as there are no limits as to the number of agents you can have on your team, you are not limited to your local marketplace. You can develop a team that includes agents across the nation.
