One of the programs we’re constantly developing and improving is our Nextage Performance Institute (NPI). It’s a suite of training tools and techniques delivered through a range of media: video on-demand, web-based online and live in-classroom sessions.  
 
Part of the QSPA culture must be that our Nextage agents and brokers stay alert to the real estate industry’s often erratic movements. The training, the awareness, the professionalism – all of these qualities allow us to provide QSPA, every day.
